The main purpose of this site is to inform, communicate, and interact with all residents and in doing so, encourage a peaceful, safe, harmonious, and friendly community environmement with mutual respect for each other. The owners are concerned for their investment and the ongoing upkeep of the property and adherence to the house rules.
